Handmade with Care

Each item is crafted with love and attention to detail. Because of the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur—and that’s part of what makes them special!

Returns

We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personalized nature of some products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
