Processing Time

All items are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time, and we’ll notify you if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We currently ship within the U.S. and offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days after processing)
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days after processing)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Local Delivery

If you're in the Rockford, IL area, we offer free local Delivery. Select this option at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule a pickup time.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, including filing claims or offering replacements when applicable.
